This case comes before us on the appeal of Daniel J. Becker (the husband) and on the cross-appeal of Kleo K. Perkins Becker (the wife) from a decision and certain orders incident to a final judgment of the Family Court granting the husband's petition and the wife's counterclaim for an absolute divorce on the basis of irreconcilable differences that had caused the irremediable breakdown of the marriage.
