("Anheuser") violated the Age Discrimination in Employment Act ("ADEA"), 29 U.S.C. §§ 621-634 (1994), and the Missouri Human Rights Act ("MHRA"), Mo.Ann.Stat. §§ 213.010-.137 (Vernon 1983 & Supp.1996), when it failed to transfer Robert Kehoe to an open position within the company.
