Appellant Katalin Deli was discharged from her job as head coach of the women's gymnastics team at the University of Minnesota. Deli later sued respondent University and associated parties for, among other things: (1) violation of the Data Practices Act in making statements to the media concerning information in her personnel file; (2) breach of contract; and (3) unjust enrichment.
