MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

ALESIA, District Judge.

Before the court is defendant Maurice Harmon's ("Harmon") motion to vacate, set aside, or correct his sentence pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255. For the reasons that follow, the court finds that Harmon's counsel should be disqualified and Harmon's motion stricken.
