Cleophus Feemster was convicted of one count of being a felon in possession of ammunition in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1) (1994) and one count of possession of an unregistered firearm in violation of 26 U.S.C. § 5861(d) (1994).1 He was sentenced to a total of 55 months imprisonment.
