LOKEN, Circuit Judge.

Susan H. McDougal appeals a district court1 order holding her in contempt for refusing to testify before a federal grand jury under an appropriate grant of use immunity. See 28 U.S.C. § 1826(a); 18 U.S.C. § 6002. She alleges violations of her rights under the Fifth and Sixth Amendments to the United States Constitution. We affirm the district court's contempt order.
