PER CURIAM:

Appellant Jong Min Oh, an eighteen-year-old immigrant from Korea, was involved in a low-impact automobile collision with respondent Carl Wilson for which Wilson was responsible. Oh sustained both property damage and bodily injuries. Within three days of the accident, Oh met with representatives of respondent State Farm Insurance Companies ("State Farm").
