BYRNES, Judge.

The defendant, Kellie A. Pichon, appeals based on the contention that the trial court erred in denying her motion to withdraw her guilty plea to the unauthorized entry into an inhabited dwelling, a violation of La. R.S. 14:62.3. Subsequently, the defendant entered a guilty plea as a second offender and was sentenced to three years in the Department of Corrections pursuant to La. R.S. 15:529.1. We affirm.
