The trial court granted defendant, Edward T. Burley's (Burley), motion to dismiss the complaint of plaintiff, Brian Properties, Inc. (Brian). On appeal Brian contends that the trial court erred when it dismissed the complaint finding that the Management Agreement was a void agreement pursuant to section 19 of the Real Estate License Act (225 ILCS 455/19 (West 1992)). We affirm.
