Gilbert and Sherin Sumner sued Ideal Steel Products, Inc. ("ISP") for injuries they allegedly sustained when Gilbert fell from an elevated platform erected by ISP. The complaint alleged that ISP was negligent in failing to install guardrails around the perimeter of the platform.
