OPINION

RODRIGUEZ, Justice.

Appellant, Kevin Perry, was indicted for possession of cocaine, in an amount more than one gram but less than four grams, with intent to distribute, after a police officer conducting a traffic stop found "rock" cocaine in the ashtray of the vehicle appellant was driving. A jury found appellant guilty and assessed punishment, enhanced by evidence of two prior felony convictions for possession of cocaine, at twenty-five years confinement...
