This is an appeal from take-nothing summary judgments in a lawsuit asserting a survival action and wrongful-death claims. Appellants, Stan Praesel and Louise Herbert, sued appellees, Raymond Johnson, M.D., Stephen P. Waller, M.D., Hans Wendenburg, M.D., and the Sadler Clinic Association, after Terri Lynn Praesel was killed in a traffic accident.
