This case comes before the Court on appellant's claim that trial counsel was ineffective for failing to object to the instructions given by the trial court in its final charge to the jury. Appellant asserts that the charge as given was deficient in two specific areas: failure to include a no adverse inference instruction1 and failure to advise the jury that appellant could be convicted...
