In this action to set aside a tax sale of property, the defendant City of Kingsport's motion to dismiss was granted by the Trial Judge. Plaintiffs have appealed.

The complaint alleges that plaintiffs are the heirs of Anna B. Pearson, through her daughter, Leona Sue Odham, and at the time of Anna B. Pearson's death in 1966, she left a life estate to Leona Sue...
