OPINION

EDELMAN, Justice.

In this trade secrets and unfair competition case, Houston Mercantile Exchange Corporation ("Houmex"), Gary Boyd, Steve Green, Joe Bond, P & T Petroleros ("P & T"), and Leonard Wood appeal a judgment awarding actual and punitive damages to Dailey Petroleum Corporation ("Dailey") primarily on the grounds of insufficient evidence. We affirm as modified.
