Melvin E. Harper appeals from a judgment of conviction entered in the Superior Court (Hancock County, Smith, J.) on a jury verdict finding him guilty of two counts of gross sexual assault, 17-A M.R.S.A. § 2531 (Supp.1995). Harper contends that it was obvious error for the court to allow a licensed social worker to testify regarding the truthfulness of the victim, the evidence is insufficient to support his conviction...
