MONTGOMERY, Presiding Judge.

A jury found Defendant James Bernes West guilty of possession of diazepam, a controlled substance, violating § 195.202.1 The trial court sentenced Defendant to three years' imprisonment. Defendant brings appeal 18834 from that judgment. While that appeal was pending, Defendant filed a motion to vacate the judgment and sentence per Rule 29.15.
