Appellees Rosemary and Don Paul sued appellants American National Insurance Company ("American National") and Heart of Texas Dodge ("Dodge") in district court. The Pauls alleged that American National breached a credit disability insurance contract and that American National and Dodge engaged in unfair and deceptive business...
