Plaintiff, Candy Jean Day ("Day") appeals a trial court judgment awarding her $6,150.50 in general and special damages plus legal interest and costs for injuries she sustained in an accident when she was a passenger in an automobile insured by the defendant, Silver Oak Casualty, Inc.
