Amy Schmidt appeals the order of the District Court1 denying her motion seeking to compel Special School District No. 1 to pay her attorney's fees under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), 20 U.S.C. § 1415(e)(4)(B) (1994). We affirm.
