Appellant Reginald Johnson appeals from an order denying his motion for a new trial on grounds of ineffective assistance of counsel. He urges two points in support of his appeal: (1) trial counsel was ineffective in failing to call witnesses to impeach the testimony of a primary state witness, Charlie Farmer; and (2) trial counsel prejudiced his case by failing to communicate plea options to him.
