For the reasons stated below, the Court adopts the Magistrate Judge's Proposed Findings of Fact, rejects the Magistrate Judge's Recommendation for Disposition, grants summary judgment in favor of Besten, and dismisses with prejudice both Besten's counterclaim against Glass Equipment...
