In this whistleblower's case, defendants appeal by leave granted a judgment in plaintiff's favor entered following a jury trial. On appeal, defendants raise an issue regarding the breadth of § 2 of the Whistleblowers' Protection Act (WPA), M.C.L. § 15.362; M.S.A. § 17.428(2).
