This case involves a dispute between Emergency Medical Care, Inc. ("EMC") and Marion Memorial Hospital about an antiraiding/liquidated damages provision in their former agreement. The district court granted summary judgment in favor of the Hospital, finding that it had not breached the agreement. We agree and affirm.
