After obtaining a judgment against Nicholson Management and Consultants, Inc. (hereinafter "NMC"), plaintiffs brought this oblique action against Anthony Nicholson ("Nicholson"), the sole owner of NMC, seeking to force NMC to enforce its rights against Nicholson and to hold Nicholson liable for NMC's debt to plaintiffs.
