Defendant appeals from the denial of his motion for post-conviction relief in which defendant sought to have his 1990 guilty plea vacated. The trial court, after an evidentiary hearing, rejected defendant's claim that his lawyer had made affirmative misrepresentations concerning his eligibility for gain time.
