Following a jury trial, defendant was convicted of aggravated stalking, M.C.L. § 750.411i; M.S.A. § 28.643(9), wilful and malicious destruction of a building resulting in damage in excess of $100, M.C.L. § 750.380; M.S.A. § 28.612, entering a dwelling house without permission from the owner or occupant, M.C.L. § 750.115; M.S.A. § 28.310, and entering the premises of another after being forbidden to do so by the occupant...
