BROWN, Justice.

This case was certified to this court by the Court of Appeals because it involved statutory interpretation. Appellant Richard Dalton Richmond contends that a bench warrant served on him which led to the revocation of his three concurrent five-year probated sentences was stale and, therefore, void and of no effect. We affirm.
