This appeal is from a judgment rendered in 1995 dismissing an action by Scott Gegenheimer, the former attorney of Karl J. Sylvester, for his attorney's fees in a workers' compensation case. The suit was brought against four defendants: Karl J. Sylvester; his new attorney, Floyd Dupre, Jr.; Cajun Painting, Inc., the employer; and the employer and insurer's attorney, James C. Lopez. Alternatively, Gegenheimer's action sought the nullity of a 1992 workers...
