Cheryl Jones appeals her conviction for indecent liberties. At a bench trial, Mrs. Jones defended on the basis of diminished capacity. She presented expert testimony she suffers from multiple personality disorder (MPD) and was not conscious of the actions of an alter personality who performed the criminal act.
