This appeal is brought by all of the parties in an admiralty personal injury case. The plaintiff, Johnny Ray Olivier, filed a petition for personal injuries on September 11, 1989 against his employer, Best Workover, Inc. (Best) under the Jones Act and general maritime law. He added Best's insurers, Certain Underwriters at Lloyds London (Certain Underwriters) and Albany Insurance Company (Albany) in 1993. Plaintiff also filed suit against Texaco, Inc...
