Defendant entered a conditional plea of guilty of possession with intent to deliver 50 grams or more but less than 225 grams of cocaine, M.C.L. § 333.7401(2)(a)(iii); M.S.A. § 14.15(7401)(2)(a)(iii), in return for dismissal of a charge of possession with intent to deliver 650 grams or more of cocaine.
