The plaintiff Independence One Mortgage Corporation appeals from the judgment of strict foreclosure rendered by the trial court. The plaintiff claims that, in determining that the mortgage of the defendant1 Larry Lainey was prior in right to its mortgage, the trial court improperly failed to apply the doctrine of equitable subrogation.
