This case involves unrelated questions about underinsured motorist insurance coverage and subrogation rights to interpleaded funds. In particular, Bobby Foster appeals the summary judgment granted to Truck Insurance Exchange decreeing that Foster is not entitled to underinsured motorist coverage under a policy issued by Truck Insurance Exchange.
