DICKENSON, Justice.

The jury found that Donald Raymond Dodgen was guilty of aggravated sexual assault1 and assessed his punishment at confinement for a term of 99 years.2 We affirm the conviction, but we reverse the judgment of the trial court and remand the cause for further proceedings as to punishment.3
