CHAVEZ, Justice.

Eusebio Limas, Jr., appellant, was charged by a two-count indictment with attempted capital murder and burglary of a habitation. Appellant pleaded guilty to the burglary charge, and the jury found him guilty of attempted capital murder. The jury assessed punishment for each crime at ten years imprisonment plus a $10,000 fine, and the trial court probated the sentence for the burglary conviction. By six points of error, appellant...
