Judgment unanimously affirmed.

Memorandum:

Defendant appeals from a judgment convicting him, after a jury trial, of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the first and third degrees. We reject his contention that Supreme Court erred in denying his motion to suppress physical evidence seized during a search of his apartment. The People established that probable cause existed for defendant's arrest. The court credited the testimony
