Appellant Dairy State Bank appeals from a final order of the Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Wisconsin denying appellant's claim to priority in proceeds from the sale of debtors' tractor. This Court has jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 158(a).
