Following a jury trial, Appellant, William Delgado, was convicted of possession of cocaine,1 possession of cocaine with intent to deliver,2 and tampering with or fabricating physical evidence.3 The trial court subsequently denied Delgado's post-trial motions, and the Superior Court affirmed on the basis of the trial court's opinion. ...
