Appellant, George Mathis, appeals from a judgment enforcing an unpaid child support obligation. The child support obligation arose from a 1977 New Jersey judgment, which the Texas Attorney General's office registered in Texas through the Uniform Interstate Family Support Act (UIFSA). TEX.
