Commercial Union Insurance Company ("CU"), the uninsured/underinsured motorist carrier for the Webster Parish Sheriff's Department, appeals a summary judgment declaring that the plaintiff, Deputy Gary L. Valentine, is an insured under the UM policy that CU issued to the "Webster Parish Sheriff's Department." CU also appeals the denial of its own contrary motion for summary judgment.
