Colony Insurance Company denied the claim of its insured, World Class Metal Works, Inc., for property damage from unknown causes. World Class sued Colony and related insurance agents, alleging breach of contract, deceptive trade practices, violations of the Texas Insurance Code, and breach of the duty of good faith and fair dealing.
