This diversity action arises out of an altercation that occurred on June 6, 1993, at a bar called Bee Geez, which is located in the Wurtsboro Hotel in Wurtsboro, New York. Plaintiff Thomas Packer alleges that he was injured in the altercation and seeks to recover damages for his injuries.
