This Court previously ruled that defendant Brad Brandeburg is liable to the plaintiffs for violations of the Fair Housing Act and 42 U.S.C. § 1982. In addition, this Court also found that Brad Brandeburg's parents, defendants Gerald and Cheryl Brandeburg, are liable to the plaintiffs under O.R.C. § 3109.09, one of Ohio's parental liability statutes.
