Appellants Jackie S. Williams and Thomas L. Williams entered conditional pleas of guilty to the manufacture of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia pursuant to Rule 24.3(b) of the Arkansas Rules of Criminal Procedure. Both Mr. Williams and Mrs. Williams received two years probation and were fined $2,000.00. They have filed a single appeal, in which they assert that the trial court erroneously refused...
