OPINION

PER CURIAM.

This case came before the Supreme Court on the petition of Robert F. Arrigan (petitioner), Chief Judge of the Workers' Compensation Court (WCC), to review the proceedings and recommendations of the Commission on Judicial Tenure and Discipline (commission) in respect to the petitioner. It is the conclusion of this Court that the commission properly found that the petitioner violated the Code of Judicial Conduct
