Defendant Terrence Jones's probation was revoked and he was sentenced to four years' imprisonment. Jones appeals, arguing that the State failed to prove by a preponderance of the evidence that he had violated his probation. We reverse.

The record reveals that on October 14, 1993, Jones pled guilty to unlawful possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver (720 ILCS 570/401(d) (West 1994)). He...
