Appellants, Rita and Ronald Schlager, appeal a summary judgment in favor of appellees, Robert Clements, Jr., Roy E. Brown, Alton C. Todd and Brown, Todd, Hagood & Davenport, and judgment awarding appellees' attorney's fees.
