This case came before the Supreme Court on the appeal of the defendant, Lance Dellay, from a judgment of conviction of one count of second-degree murder and one count of felony larceny. The defendant was sentenced to a term of sixty years, fifty years to serve and ten years suspended with probation, on the murder count, and a concurrent term of ten years on the larceny count.
