A jury convicted Lonnie Gregory Brown of malice murder, felony murder and kidnapping in the death of Kay Jean Dunn.1 He appeals contending the trial court erred in admitting his co-defendant's statements. Because the co-defendant testified and his prior statements were inconsistent with his in-court testimony, we affirm.
